What: City of Columbia Mayor Pro-Tem Will Brennan and Richland County Councilperson Allison Terracio (District 5) will host an in-person town hall with staff from Richland County’s Public Works Department. This town hall is part of the ongoing efforts to expand dialogue on the Penny program and keep voters informed ahead of the November election.
In this open format, speakers will give details of Richland County’s Transportation Penny program and answers any questions the public may have.
