The Payment Center is responsible for the receipting and posting of various customer payments such as water, parking tickets, parking rental, and solid waste. We maintain the EasyPay/Bank Draft program and the returned check program. Please see the links below for detailed information on the type of payment you want to make.
We are located on the first floor of our downtown Columbia office at 1136 Washington Street (also known as 1339 Main Street). For information on your water account, please call Customer Care at 803-545-3300. The Payment Center can be contacted by phone at 803-545-3361 or by fax at 803-733-8237.
We also have a Satellite Payment Center which is located at 3905 Ensor Avenue. We can be contacted by phone at this location at 803-733-8453. The hours of operation for both locations are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
