Historic Columbia Firehouse
The Columbia Fire Department Headquarters was widely touted as the most advanced fire department in the country in 1952. Now CDC is a member of a partnership to create a mixed use project including retail, office and residential units.
701 Whaley Street
Constructed as a store in 1903, the building was later expanded and became the Pacific Community Association Building. Renovations are now underway for this project to become mixed use office and retail space.

Horizon Center consists of office and laboratory space in two buildings, Horizon I and Horizon II, along with a 1,000-space parking deck.
